Aggie Dating

Aggie Dating is a general dating site that is designed for students, faculty, alumni and friends of Texas A&M University. The site is decked out in the Aggie colors and has a very basic design. Once inside the site you can search for members just by age or you can do a super match search which takes advantage of some of the more advanced features of the profiles.

Speaking of the profiles when you register you have to create a profile, but the site will let you skip most of the profile details right at first. Chances are if you decide to use the site you will want to go back and fill in those details. The more detail your profile has the more effective this site's super match feature will work. You can create your profile, search people and check out profiles for free, but if you decide to contact anyone you will have to become a paid member.

If the site has a downfall it is that it is very local. If you live in or around the university the site probably is very useful, but if you don't it won't have much use for you. I live a ways away from the university and I wasn't able to find any other members within 500 miles of me. With its limited scope the site is a lot smaller than many dating sites, but it is very focused. If you are an Aggie and looking for an Aggie, this site will probably work great for you. If not I wouldn't bother with it.
