Date Match

Date Match is a general dating site that has a large amount of members from all over the globe. The site design is nice and clean and helps make the site very easy to use. I found the sign up process to be pretty fast and simple as well. Once inside there are several things you can do including searching other's profiles, chatting live, sending instant messages.

While the site has some really nice features most of them will require you to get a paid membership before you can use them. You can do a basic search and look at the main page of people's profiles for free though. I did a search for people in my area and found around 75 just off the basic search. That is a good sign. If you do upgrade to a paid membership you can send instant messages to people who are online at the same time you are and you can look at the full profiles. There is also an advanced search option, live chat and some other profile options like buddy lists, block lists and hot lists. All of these features do need the paid membership. It also looks like a paid membership will allow you to use your webcam to cam to cam with other members.

While this site isn't great, it is pretty good. There are a good number of members, the site is easy to use and it has some good features What I didn't like is that most of the features don't work without a paid membership. While I can understand them wanting to charge for these extras, it would have been nice to get to at least try them out in a limited capacity of some sort just to see how they work. That said, there is a wide range of different types of people here and I think most people will be pretty satisfied with the site. If nothing else you can try it out for free and see if there are a decent number of people in your area then decide from there what you want to do.
