Indian Friend Finder is a dating site that helps Indian people and those that love them meet. You don't have to be Indian to use the site, but it does help because most of the members in this site are located in India. There are people that use the site all over the globe, but about 85% of the members are based in India. A short browse for my state only showed 73 people. The entire state of California has 13,000 members, but there are over 500,000 members in India. So this is a very location specific site.

I had some real issues getting my free membership. I signed up, but was never sent my password. I had to wait about 20 minutes and twice use the lost password option to finally get the password. Another negative about this site is that as I was browsing the site I noticed some profiles I have seen in many other sites. They had the same name and picture here as the other sites. To me this is flag that the profile is probably fake. That is going to happen when you get into large sites like this, but I just wanted to let you know some of the people on the site may never get back to you or may want you to pay to chat with them or some crazy thing. If they seem too good to be true, they probably are.

That said the site does have some great features. There are some strong search options, chat rooms, discussion forums and you can send instant messages to other people who are online right then. Most of these features you can use with your free membership, but you will have to get a paid membership if you want to look at individual profiles or contact other members.

What it boils down to with this site is that it is all about your location. If there are a lot of members in your area and you are looking for an Indian person to date this site will blow you away. If you are like me and there are not many members in your area, it won't be of much use. The tour will let you do a basic search to see if there are members near you so it is worth checking out. At worst you are only out a few minutes, at best you see a lot of members near and you and can get inside and start having fun.
