Italian Friend Finder

Italian Friend Finder is a dating site that specializes in helping Italian people, or those who love them, get together. The tour for this site is very nice looking, but I did have some trouble right out the gate signing up. The process of signing up for the free membership was fast and easy, but I had issues getting my password emailed to me. I had to twice use the lost password option to finally get inside the site. Once I did get inside I found a very easy to use site with some great features, but also learned that the site is very location specific.

I did a few searches in my local area and didn't find many members. It seems most of the members of this site are in Italy. Based on the number the site gives out it looks like about 85% of the members live in Italy. That is good news if you live there, or visit there regularly. Not such good news if you don't. If you do live in an area where there are a good number of members you will really like what you see here. The site has some great features including chat rooms, user forums, blogs (you can read other people's blogs or create your own) and instant messaging. Most of these features can be used with your free membership, but you do need to get a paid membership to look at the profiles and respond to people through their profiles.

I saw some profiles here that I know are fakes because these same profiles are on a bunch of different sites. This is something that is bound to happen on big sites like this, just beware if anyone contacts you looking for money or they seem too good to be true, chances are it is a fake profile.

Overall, this site is very good if you live in the correct places. If you live in Italy or a part of the world where there is a larger concentration of Italian people you should find plenty of members near you and find this site to be very good and very useful. If you don't then it probably isn't going to work out for you. You can always create a free membership and check out the site to see how many members there are near you before you spend a dime.
