You can use the basic search and check out people's profiles for free, but you will have to pay if you want to use the advanced search or other features.

This is one of those rare sites that can be used as a dating service, but also as a great way just to find some moral support and get some advice from people who are going through the same things you are. There is a lot to like here including plenty of members, some great features and a design that is easy to use.
