Sex Search is one of the larger adult personals sites out there. They have over 15 million users and offer some interesting extras available to members. The tour for the site is not a tour so much as it is a questionnaire. You have to fill out the questionnaire and basically create a profile before you can even enter the site. I was a little bit annoyed by this because I would have liked to have browsed the site before creating a profile and here you don't get that option.

Inside there is a search engine that allows you to search all the personal ads and sort them using various criteria. With the free trial membership the search engine worked pretty poorly. I put in my location and it didn't return even one profile that was near me. I have a feeling if you have a paid membership that you can use the advanced search tools and it works better, but I can't guarantee that. Another somewhat annoying thing is that when you browse the site periodically a window pops up that says a person is inviting you to private chat, when you click the box, it takes you to the upgrade page. It gets a little aggravating.

All that said there are some good things that the site has going for it. There are live chat rooms, webcams and some special bonus features like an advice column from Jenna Jameson, stores, swingers vacation information and some fun contests.

For me this is a site that is decent, but not great. I think if they expanded the access you get when you get a free membership it could be better, but as it sits the site doesn't work very well, but they have a lot of users so it must be decent and I think the main thing the site suffers from is poor trial membership access.

The price for a full membership is still very reasonable. As I mentioned, this is one of the first real adult dating sites to be put online and it is one of the best you will find.
