The site has a nice design, but the free sign up process is fairly involved. They ask some detailed questions and you aren't allowed to skip them. Still, the site seems to be worth the time it takes to sign up. It has a pretty large membership base and doing a search of the area near me brought back over 500 members which is a great sign.

The site offers a basic search option which allows you to search by age range and location. There is also an advanced search which allows you to match yourself with people using the details from your profile. In addition to the search options there is a user's forum which seemed to be full of all kinds of advice including dating with an STD, blogs (you can read other's blogs or write your own) and an instant chat feature which allows you to send instant messages to other members who are online at the same time you are. You can use the basic search and check out people's profiles for free, but you will have to pay if you want to use the advanced search or other features.

This is one of those rare sites that can be used as a dating service, but also as a great way just to find some moral support and get some advice from people who are going through the same things you are. There is a lot to like here including plenty of members, some great features and a design that is easy to use.
