Running Singles is a dating site where people with a passion for running can get together. The site has a very basic, easy to use design and I found getting a free membership to be a quick and easy process. Once inside you can search the profiles by age range and distance from you or you can do what they call a “Super Match” which is an advanced search that matches you to people based on the answers in your profile.
Your free membership will let you search and browse the profiles, you only ever have to pay if you actually want to contact someone from the site. I found that there were not a whole lot of members near me, but in other locations there were plenty so your results could vary depending on where you live. Luckily, the free membership lets you give it a good test drive before spending any money to see if the site will work for you.
One thing this site does lack is any real bonus features. Most dating sites these days offer live chat rooms, forums and other things like instant messaging. This site has none of that. It is lean, sparse and easy to use and just focuses on the profiles. If you live somewhere where there are a decent number of members, you should really enjoy this site. If not, it won't be of much use to you.
