Single Buckeyes

Single Buckeyes is a dating site designed for use by students, faculty and the alumni of the Ohio State University. The design of the site is very basic and easy to use. You simply create your free user account and log in. From here you can browse profiles or fill in the details of your profile. You can make your profile as basic or as detailed as you would like. I would assume the more details you fill the better. There is a basic search that essentially searches by age, an advanced search which allows you to select a bunch of different search criteria and a super match option. The super match searches for people who's profile answers best match yours so this is where the profiles details really come into play.

For the most part this is a niche site. If you are in the area of the university or you are involved in the school as a student/faculty member or alumni the site could be something that you will find very useful because you know that all of the members are in your general area and you all have the school in common. For anyone outside that area or not involved with the school the site has limited appeal.

There are not a ton of profiles on the site, but there are a decent amount considering the focused nature of the site. This isn't a huge dating site with people from all walks of life, it is primarily for Buckeyes. You can use pretty much everything in the site for free, but if you want to send emails to other members or read emails sent to you then you do have to buy a membership but at $19.95 per month is is very affordable. If you are a Buckeye, give this site a look. If not I wouldn't waste my time on it because it is pretty small and meant for just a certain group of people.
