Thai Love Links

Thai Love Links is a dating site that helps to bring Thai people together. You don't have to be Thai to use the site, but most of the members are and even during the free sign up they ask if you speak Thai so at the very least you must have a strong interest in dating a Thai person for this site to be of any real use to you. Speaking of the sign up process for the free membership, it is a little bit long for my tastes. I prefer when they let you skip most of the details in your profile and add them in later once you have had a chance to look at the site.

The site is nice looking. They have an easy to use design and some nice features. Searching the member's profiles is a breeze. You can search by age range and location to you with the basic search and the advanced search lets you narrow down the field using different criteria that you define. There is also a chat room, some user forums and the site gives you the ability to send instant messages to other people who are online right then. You can search and look at the profiles for free, but if you want to use any of the bonus features or contact any of the members directly through their profiles you do have to get a paid membership.

The main potential problem with the site is that most of the members are located in Thailand or SE Asia. A search for my local area only gave me four members. In all of the USA there were only 700, but in Thailand there were thousands. So how useful this site will be for you really depends on where you live and how many members there are near you. If you are in a member heavy place this is a great site. It has some nice features and is well put together. If you are not in an area where there are a lot of members the site might not be much use to you at all. Check out the free search and see how it goes, this way you can know what the member base in your area is like before you spend any money.
